In a pot mix 250g butter ¼ cup lemon juice 1 teaspoon garlic 2 teaspoon chilli garlic masala 1 teaspoon lemon pepper ½ teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice) A sprinkling of garlic salt 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
In a pan heat some of above sauce Put prawns into pan. Cook few minutes on either side. Add more sauce if necessary.
Serve with lemon butter sauce.
Lemon butter sauce: Thick slice of butter, 2 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 tablespoon mayo, 1 teaspoon garlic, sprinkle Aromat (a South African Spice). Whisk. Switch off once it boils.
For chips I sprinkled Robertsons Aromatic roast seasoning
