Arabic Dough

10 minute Arabic dough
2 cups warm water4 tablespoon sugar 2 tablespoon yeast =2 pkts2 cups flour1⁄4 teaspoon salt2 tablespoon milk powder - klim- secret ingredient that makes 'em so soft
Mix together and set aside for 10-15 minutes.
Then add:1⁄2 cup oil3 cups flour+ 1 teaspoon baking powder (optional)
Mix well and knead until combined then use as desired. I put all ingredients in the standmixer and kneaded it. Left 2 rise 1 hour. Punched down and divided the dough into 12 rogni naans and 2 pizza bases.
4 the rogni naansI rolled out into oblong shapes. Fry on hot non stick griddle pan Brush garlic butter and dhania (coriander).Keep warm in damp cloth.Serve with butter chicken or tandoori chicken
This recipe can b used 4 anything u wud use a yeast dough 4. Tried and tested and loved 😍
