⅓ cup softened butter⅓ cup mayonnaise3-4 cloves garlic minced2 tablespoon garlic peri peri sauce 1 whole loaf french bread cut lengthwise in half.I used ciabatta bread 2 cup mozzarella cheese shredded.1 teaspoon freshly crushed black pepper 2 teaspoon Italian seasoningPreheat oven to 180.Combine butter with mayonnaise,black pepper,garlic peri peri sauce and garlic.Lay bread on a baking sheet and spread butter mixture evenly over each half.Top each half of the bread with mozzarella and Italian seasoning.Put together both part of the bread. Cover with foil. Bake for 10 minutes. Serve hot immediately. Enjoy 😊
