3 Slices White Bread (Crust removed )Butter each slice in both sidesThickly and cut into cubesIn a deep casserole grease slightlyAnd place cubes bottom and sides of the casseroleIn a Seperate DishAdd 2 ¼ cups milk+-¾ cup sugar3 eggs 1Tblsp vanilla essence1 teaspoon custard powder (make paste)+-1 teaspoon cinnamon powder 1 full teaspoon freshly Ground nutmeg (I add extra nutmeg)Few cinnamon sticks 2 tablespoon dessicated coconut(optional)Raisins or Sultanas or chopped datesPecans ( optional)Mix all togetherPour in the bread lined casserole Add more blobs of butter cubedAbout +- 80 gSprinkle with handful or more of corn flakes on top slightly press it in the mixtureSprinkle more nutmeg and cinnamon powder on topBake at 200 for 10 minutes. Then reduce heat to 180 and continue baking for 45 minutes or until brown Enjoy warm
