1 ½ cups riceBoil with salt till soft..drain
In a pan saute in butterOne chopped onionChopped green,red,yellow peppers1 cup mixed vegetables
Add to rice and steam with butter,add some Aromat (a South African Spice) to taste and parsley
½ kg chicken cut into stripsMarinate inSaltPepper3 tablespoon sourmilk2 tablespoon mayonaise1 teaspoon ginger garlic1 teaspoon crushed green chillies2 tablespoon lemon juice3 tablespoon nandos mild sauce2 teaspoon chicken spice
Cook chicken till done,don't dry out add ½ tub fresh cream + 3 tablespoon nandos mild sauce.simmer till thick
In a small saucepan boil together½ tub fresh cream2 tablespoon butterChopped dhania (coriander)1 teaspoon nandos sauceSalt Pepper
Press rice into mould..release onto platter..place chicken in middle...pour sauce over rice
