1 cup mielie meal2 cups cake flour1 1⁄2 to salt2 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter) (Clarified butter)Hot tap water to make dough.
Mix all ingredients. Make dough with hot tap water. Knead well. Roll round, not thin and cook on tawa. Makes 4 small rotis. For lasan (garlic) roti mum doubled recipe.
Cut French chives finely Heat about ½ - ¾ cup ghee (Clarified butter) and oil mixed in a potCut fresh garlic finely and add to oil. Fry for about 1 minute then add the chives. Add salt to taste. Add to crumbled Mielie meal roti.

3 brinjals boiled till soft
Once a little cool. Peel skin and take out some seeds. Mash. Then add inkomasi (about 2 cups), a dash of milk, 1 small tin nestle cream and salt to taste.
Carrot achaar

4 carrots peeled and cut into sticks.½ cucumber cut into sticks.
One on side of the dish mix together:1 teaspoon fine red chilli powder,½ teaspoon coarse red chilli powder1 teaspoon crushed garlic1 teaspoon chilli garlic paste2-3 tablespoons oil1-2 teaspoons salt (or to taste)1 teaspoon cumin powder
Mix masalas. Then mix into carrots and cucumber. Add finely chopped coriander.

2 big packets fresh coriander leaves from @picknpay Whole green chillies (depends on how hot you want it)1 tablespoon coconut2 whole big garlic cloves Salt to taste¼ teaspoon cumin powder1 small onion Liquidize with water
Strain water Must be strained properlyPress water out with a tablespoon
Then add lemon juice (about 2-3 tablespoons)
Serve with lasan (garlic) roti
