RECIPE
500g tenderised steak cut in strips1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste1 teaspoon orange spice1 teaspoon Cajun1 -2 teaspoon crushed red chilli1 teaspoon lemon pepper1 teaspoon vinegar2-3 tablespoon butter or ghee (Clarified butter)½ teaspoon mixed herbsChopped green red peppers (optional)Salt to tasteCook all of the above When soft add
1 tablespoon Worcester sauce2 tablespoon tomato sauce1 teaspoon mustard sauce1 tablespoon mayonnaise
Take 2-3 potato cut like chips and fry
Add to the above steak mixtureSo it's all well combinedCook for 7-8 minutes tossing all togetherGarnish with dhania (coriander)Serve with rollsAnd salads
