INGREDIENTS
Ayesha's pur 5 tablespoons butter2 large onions, diced1 tablespoon whole jeerah2 cans Koo creamstyle corn1½-2 cups frozen cornFreshly ground black paper to tasteSalt2 cups diced cheeseChillies, chopped dhania (coriander), chopped
METHOD
Lightly sauté onions and jeerah in butter (careful not to brown the onions).Add in creamstyle and frozen corn and allow to simmer on low heat (excess water needs to dry out).Remove and complete cool.Add in rest of ingredients and mix well.
