Extra gooey & creamy Mac & cheese 🧀
Boil 1 packet pasta Drain and set aside Melt on low100g butter 🧈 200g chopped cheddar cheese 🧀 Add in 1 cup milk1 cup thick yoghurt or sour cream 1 can evaporated milk or fresh cream 1 sachet cheddermelt sauce
Simmer on lowToss into pasta Pour ½ mixture in pyrex Sprinkle cheese. Top with mixture Sprinkle lots of grated cheese 🧀 and breadcrumbs and a dash of herbs 🌿 Bake till heated thru Serve Piping hot 🔥
