2 cups macaroni boiled in salted water al dente, set aside
2 chicken breast cubed 1 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice) 1 teaspoon lemon pepper 2 teaspoon lemon juice Cook until meat changes col then add. 1 tin braai (bbq) relish 1 tin baked beans 3 colour peppers cubed 2 tablespoon mayyonaise 2 tablespoon nandos peri peri sauce ¼ teaspoon each oregano, mix herbs and ginger /garlic ½ cup fresh cream. Cook until done. Lastly add boiled macaroni to the above mixture.
Set in a casserole dish layer 1 big packet doritos over, sprinkle loads of cheese, grill until cheese melted.
