125g butter250ml boiling water250ml cake flour4 large eggs*I add 1 teaspoon vanilla essence Preheat over to 200 c Heat butter and water until it boils Add cake flour, mix with wooden spoon till it forms a lump and leaves the sides of the pan Remove from heat. Add eggs 1 at a time. Beating well till velvety and smooth Pipe or put spoon fulls on a greased tray Bake at 200 C for 20 minutes Lower to 100 c for a further 10 minutes till well risen and even browned Remove from oven, leave to coolOnce cooked fill with whipped cream and Glace the tops with melted chocolate Enjoy
