Bismillah hir Rahman nir Raheem
1 cup water
1 cup flour (sifted)
½ cup oil
Bring water and oil to boil
Stir in flour all at once and stir vigorously till it leaves sides and forms into a lump.
Remove from stove and leave to cool for a bit
Mix in eggs one at a time.
Grease baking tray and drop blobs of mixture
Or using a piping bag pipe long eclair shape
Bake at 200 C for 30 minutes
Lower heat to 150 C and bake for 20 minutes. Switch off oven and let it get crispy.
Remove after few minutues.
Coat tops with melted chocolate and fill with fresh cream.
