INGREDIENTS
1 cup water 100 g butter1 cup flour1 teaspoon. vanilla essence1 teaspoon. baking powder4 eggs
Whipping creamI orley whip bottle½ cup icing sugar
METHOD
Melt the water and butterAdd in the flour and mix well with no lumps insideRemove from stove and let it stand for 5 minutes, and Add in a bowlAdd eggs, baking powder and vanilla essence, 1 at a time, beating well after each addition. Continue beating until mixture is smooth and shiny. In a tray add baking paper and pipe the mixture into rose shapes using a 3D rose nozzleBake at 200 degrees for 10- 15 minutes and turn down the heat to 180 and bake for a further 2 minutesAllow to cool completely and cut the buns into half and fill with whip cream.
Whipping creamFreeze the bowl, beating whisks and orley whip for approx. 15 minutesAdd in the whip cream in the bowl and beat for 2 minutesAdd in your icing sugar and beat further till soft peaks are formed

, freezing the bowl , whisks and whip cream will accelerate the process because the cold utensils keep the fat in the cream chilled, making for a light and airy product that can better hold its shape
