INGREDIENTS
225ml water 60g butter 125g flour 4 eggs
Ganache 120g chocolate 120g cream
filling 100g cream 1 teaspoon. vanilla 1 tablespoon. icing suagr
METHOD
Make sure to have all the ingredients ready
In a pan add the butter and water and bring to a boil.Once start to boil add the flour little at a time mixing well each addition.Once all the flour are add mix till no lump and the dough is cooked
Add the dough to a large bowlUsing a mixer beat the dough Now add the beaten egg little at a time and beating well after each addition.Add the dough to a prepared tray.Spread evenly Bake In an prepared over @170c for 20 to 24 minutes.
Once baked roll the dough just like a roll cake
Unroll and add the cream and roll again. And pour the ganache on top and spread evenly.Refrigerator for 10 to 15 minutes Slice and serve

Filling : beat all the ingredients together
Ganache: Add all the ingredients and microwave till chocolate melts
