Lemon Cheesecake

RECIPE

Crush 1 packet tennis biscuits Mix in ¼ cup melted butter. Mix together.Spread on the bottom on a springform pan. Set aside.
Whip 125ml bakels cream Add in 1 tub cream cheese 1 tin condensed milk Lemon zest¼ cup lemon juice Whip above Pour over base.Chill 6-8 hours or overnight. Slice & serve

INFO & TIPS

Bakels cream can be substituted with 250 ml fresh cream

Cream cheese can be substituted with 500ml vanilla yoghurt
