Peri peri 🌶 fish and lemon 🍋 butter fish with saffron & parmesan rice

Bismillah hir Rahman nir Raheem ❤💛💚💙💜 Peri peri 🌶 fish
1 box petite hake fillets or any fish 🐠 of your choice
2 tablespoons heritage blend masala
1 teaspoon najmas all purpose masala
3 tablespoons lemon juice
A sprinkling of lemon 🍋 pepper
Aromat (a South African Spice)/salt to taste
Ina Parman chilli and garlic seasoning
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
Cook fish with butter. Leave saucy
Lemon 🍋 butter fish
Heat a slice of butter in pot, then add 1 teaspoon ground garlic, 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons lemon 🍋 juice, 1 tablespoon finely ground coriander leaves, green chillies to taste, lemon 🍋 pepper and Aromat (a South African Spice). Cook fish on low till done.
Saffron and parmesan rice available @ pick and pay. I boiled rice as instructions on packaging I added a few strands of saffron and 2 teaspoons spice for rice.
