Heat water butter salt together until water boils and butter melts.reduce the heat.add flour all at once,stir quickly with wooden spoon until mixture formba ball.stir further on low heat to dry paste out.chill in fridge for 10mins add eggs one at a time .beating well after each egg addition.until paste is smooth.
Preheat oven on 200 degrees pipe as you wish. Place a small steel bowlbof water in oven bottom tray. Bake eclairs for 10mins on 200 degrees than 25 minutes on 180 degrees until done.prick with a tooth pick into eclairs after removed from oven.when cool cut of the centre on top .pipe cream drizzle with melted chocolate enjoy and mke dua for me💕
