1 cup water½ cup oilBring to boil in a saucepan
Add 1 cup flour and mix until dough forms a ball .Leave dough to cool.
Then add 3 eggsAdd one at a time and mix well after each addition
Pipe on to a tray. Bake 180 ° oven for 45 minutes.
Fill eclairs with whipped cream and top with desired topping.
