RECIPE

Boil 250ml water 125g softened butter Add in 250ml flour Whisk vigorously till it leaves the side of the bowl.Empty 2 a dish or standmixer Add in 4 eggs 1 at a time with 1 teaspoon vanilla essence Whisk till smooth
Drop dollops on a greased baking trayBake in pre heated oven @200⁰ for 30 minutes. Lower heat to 150⁰ for a further 30 minutes. Leave to cool and crisp.Slice and pipe whipped sweetened creamDrizzle melted chocolate & dust of icing sugar
