INGREDIENTS
3 eggs 60 g Butter 1cup flour 1 cup water. A teaspoon vanilla essence 250 fresh cream whipped and sweetened With 1table spoon icing sugar Dairy milk chocolate to drizzle. Icing sugar to dust optional
METHOD
Boil butter water essence on stove add flour make a soft dough let it cool for 30 minutes and then beat in eggs 1 by 1 Once the pastry is ready pipe into roses or rounds bake 180 fan On or without for 25 minutes Take it out let it cool down Once cool fill with fresh cream and drizzle chocolate on top dust with icing sugar Depending on texture you like u can dry it out a bit in the oven 5-10 minutes on 180 if it’s not hard enough once removed and cooled down
