In a saucepan bring butter and water to a boiling point. Add sifted flour and mix continuously until it forms a ball. Remove from heat. place into a mixing bowl. Beat in eggs one at a time, beat until it reaches a smooth and velvety texture.
Grease baking tray drop 1 tablespoon batter at a time.
Bake @ 200 °c for 30 minutes then 150°c for 20 minutes, switch off oven and leave for another 10 minutes to crisp and dry.
Cool, cut into halves pipe fresh cream cover top with melted chocolate
