For the Kabaab1 kg Chicken mince1 teaspoon ginger garlic1 teaspoon Green Chilli paste1 teaspoon Dhana Jeeru (Cumin) (Cumin) mix1 tablespoon Seekh Kabaab spice (optional)1 teaspoon Chicken Spice 1 /4 teaspoon haldi (Optional) 1 teaspoon Salt¼ teaspoon Cinnamon ½ teaspoon Black pepper powder1 Red or White Onion grated Add Little Origanum or Italian GerbsMix well all togetherMake your meatballsFreezeTo Bake : Place on oven tray and add ¼ cup water and ¼ cup oil and Bake at 180* for +-25 minutes Once Done REMOVE KEEP ASIDE TO SERVE LATER
NOW MAKE SAUCESEE BELOW FOR TWO DIFFERENT SAUCE RECIPES FOR YOU TO CHOOSESAUCE INGREDIENTSFresh Cream ( Greek or any Double Cream Yoghurt) Mayonnaise to TasteOptional:(Garlic Sauce) Dash Garlic salt or just Garlic SugarDash of Lemon juice (Optional taste as your sauce must not be sour)Any dried herbs (I used dried mint) Mix the sauce ingredients all together(Do Not cook) SERVING SUGGESTIONPOUR OVER THE KABABSGARNISH with ParsleySERVEWITH Pitta Rotis and Salads (Use Red Onion for Salad) ANOTHER WHITE SAUCE RECIPE FOR SIMPLE WHITE SAUCEYou will need:2 Tablespoons Butter3 Tablespoons Flour or Mazina 1 Cup fresh Cream (can use Milk) One teaspoon SaltPepper to tasteMETHODIn a Pot on stove melt the butter Mix Mazina /Corn Flour /white pepper In little water or milk keep asideOnce Butter has melted add little Of the Cream or MilkQuickly add the Mazina paste Mix now add the rest of the Cream. Or MilkKeep stirring till you get a smooth thin custard textureUse a beater to smooth out any lumpsAdd Salt.. And adjust the pepper taste Enjoy😋
