INGREDIENTS
1 kg chops washed and fat trimmedMarinate in the ffg:2 tablespoon ginger garlic1tbls paprika1 tablespoon red chilli powderJuice of 1 lemonQuarter cup of nandos medium peri peri sauce 3 tablespoon perinaise 1 teaspoon cracked black pepper
METHOD
Marinate for 1 hour or longer.When ready to cook Add 100g good quality garlic butter in a nonstick pot .. let it melt then add in chops to cook on low heat until tender (U may add a little water). When done garnish with coriander. Serve with French fries.
