INGREDIENTS
125g stork to bake margarine (room temp.)¾ cup brown sugar 2 extra large eggs1 tablespoon vanilla essence¼ cup maizena (corn flour) (corn flour)½ teaspoon bicarbonate of soda½ cup choc-chips+/- 2 ¼ cups flour (sifted, as needed)2 tablespoon choc-chips (to place on top)
METHOD
1. Beat together the butter and brown sugar until well combined.2. Beat in the eggs and vanilla.3. Mix together the maizena (corn flour), choc-chips and bicarb.4. Add to the butter mixture and mix just until combined.5. Add the flour as needed, and bind by hand.6. Using a ¼ teaspoon measuring spoon, scoop cookie dough and roll into rounds.7. Place on an ungreased baking sheet a little apart. 8. Place choc chips onto dough. 9. Place in a preheated oven at 160ºC.10. Bake for about 7min minutes or until the edges start turning golden brown.
