Sugar Cookies

INGREDIENTS

⚫1 cup butter
⚫1 cup powdered sugar
⚫1 Egg
⚫2 & ½ teaspoon vanilla essence
⚫½ teaspoon salt
⚫2 & ½ cup plain flour

METHOD

⚫Combine the butter & sugar in a large bowl.
⚫Using stand mixer beat until light & fluffy.
⚫Beat in the Eggs, vanilla & salt.
⚫Using a spatula, stir in the flour, until mixed well.
⚫Now your dough should be ready to go in to cookie press.
⚫Press the cookies on the baking tray.
⚫Bake until golden brown.
⚫Transfer them on wire rack to cool.
⚫COOKIES r ready 2 to b eaten..!!
