Basic Custard Pudding

INGREDIENTS

2 cups milk
3 tablespoon custrd powder
3 tablespoon sugar
a drop of vanilla essence (optional)

METHOD

Mix custard powder, sugar and half cup milk. Mix well and make sure there are no lumps.Boil the rest of the milk and set aside then pour in the custard and milk mixture.Quickly add vanilla essence and put back on stove on low heat till is becomes thick.Eat warm or cold
Enjoy!!

INFO & TIPS

Sprinkle chocolate flakes and decorate with fruit.
I love it with banana., it comes out devine.
