Cook 3 Small Cubed Fillets in 3 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter) or butter1 teaspoon Ginger Garlic pasteAdd 1 teaspoon Green Chilli Paste1 teaspoon Crushed Jeeru (Cumin)1 teaspoon Dhana powder 1 teaspoon Garam masala ¼ teaspoon Lemon juice And very little salt (you can adjust last) When chicken is almost softAdd 1 or 3 /4 can whole kernel sweet corn (water drained)Cook till all doneThen in a seperate potAdd 2 tablespoon oilAdd 3-4 finely chopped Spinash Add 1 small chopped Onion1 teaspoon crushed Garlic1 teaspoon Green Chilli paste ORRed Chilli paste Let it steam cook in it own juices Add little water Till Spinash is cooked Add 1 Packet Cheese Sauce powder make a paste with little water and add to the pot Take all the cooked Chicken with the corn and add to the above Spinash and cook againI added 2 tablespoon white vegetable soup powder also (Optional) And handful of chopped Green dhania (coriander) Cook till almost dry WHEN COLDAdd Grated Cheese (optional) you prefer 1 tablespoon Mazina So that the filling is not too wet Adjust the filling With Chilli sauce and Adjust the salt taste Use as filling for samoosas Pies springrolls etcEnjoy
