1kg steak mince
4 medium tomatoes - liquidised
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon chili powder
½ tablespoon aradh
2 tablespoon dhana jeeru (cumin)
1 ½ tablespoon ginger garlic
Wash and drain mince. Braise onions in oil. When brown add in you mince and cook till water almost dries out. Add in your spices and cook till oil comes up.
Add in your tomatoes and cook till dry.
Add sauces :
4 tablespoon tomato sauce
4 tablespoon steers peri peri sauce
2 tablespoon Maggie chili sauce
2 tablespoon crystals hot sauce
4 tablespoon malls sauce
Boil 500g spaghetti (break into pieces of 3 when adding into pot to boil)
Drain all the water out and add to mince and mix. It should be nice and saucy. Transfer into casserole and add grated cheese over. Bake till cheese melts.
