Braise 2 sliced onions in ghee (Clarified butter) with few slit chillies and Taj and 2 teaspoon whole jeeru (cumin) Add in 1Β½ kg washed & drained chicken mince 2 teaspoon @purespice_sa ginger π« garlic 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa chilli paste 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa green chilli and garlic 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa red chilli and garlic 2 teaspoon @purespice_sa dhana jeeroo 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa garam masala 2 teaspoon chilli powder 2 teaspoon crushed chillies 2 teaspoon rustenburg chilli powder 1 teaspoon arad (Turmeric)Cook. Add in 4 liquidised tomatoes π & 1 cup robot peppers Cubed.Cook 10 minutes. Add in 6 Β½ed fried potatoes & ΒΌ tin tomato π puree Add in ΒΌ cup water. Cook till all moisture evaporates. Garnish with chopped dhania (coriander). Serve with hot π₯ rotis
