RECIPE
Cube 5 potatoes boil till soft with little salt
tumeric (optional if you want light yellow) or leave it white
Drain
In a seperate pot
Add 2-3Tblsp ghee (Clarified butter) or butter
Braise add chopped up 2 medium onion
Add little mustard seeds little crushed whole Jeeru (Cumin). 3 curry leaves cut up small 1Tblsp green crushed chilli
1 teaspoon crushed Red chilli
Add ½ teaspoon crushed garlic (optional)
Braise..
Add potato add lemon juice to taste
Cook till well blended
Adjust your salt and chilli taste add lemon juice
Or mayo etc
Garnish with green chopped dhania (coriander)
INFO & TIPS
May Add 1 cup steam. Mixed veges to the onion when braising and the Potato.. Use Mayo instead of Lemon Juice
