See below for Veg variationMETHOD Cube 5 potatoes boil till soft with little salt tumeric (optional if you want light yellow) or leave it white DrainIn a seperate pot Add 2-3Tblsp ghee (Clarified butter) or butterBraise add chopped up 2 medium onion Add little mustard seeds little crushed whole Jeeru (Cumin). 3 curry leaves cut up small 1Tblsp green crushed chilli1 teaspoon crushed Red chilliAdd ½ teaspoon crushed garlic (optional)Braise..Add potato add lemon juice to tasteCook till well blendedAdjust your salt and chilli taste add lemon juiceOr mayo etc Garnish with green chopped dhania (coriander)
INFO & TIPS
May Add 1 cup steam. Mixed veges to the onion when braising and the Potato.. Use Mayo instead of Lemon Juice
