METHOD Marinate chops in garlic, ginger, pepper, salt and lemon juice and rub well Heat oil with cloves, Elachi (cardomom), and cinnamon and add chopped onions and chops. Allow to simmer on a low heat until chops are done. Add tomato sauce chillies, dhania (coriander) and arad (Turmeric). Cook on a medium heat for 5 -7 minutes. Lastly add in fresh cut dhania (coriander). and.B. DO NOT ALLOW MIXTURE TO DRY OUT.

I sumi tweeked the recipe a bit . only used half tomatoe sauce & added 1 pkt tomatoes paste with a half cup of fresh cream .
