INGREDIENTS
1 kg lamb chops2 tablespoon fried onions2 tablespoon tomatoe puree1 tablespoon red ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoon red chilli paste 1 teaspoon lemon juice 1 teaspoon salt½ teaspoon turmeric powder ½ teaspoon fine dhana (coriander)½ teaspoon fine cumin (jeera)1 teaspoon coarse red chillies 1 teaspoon bbq spice 1 teaspoon tikka spice1 teaspoon mustard powder ½ teaspoon grinded black pepper 2 tablespoon olive oilMarinade chops in all the above spices.I left my chops overnight in the fridge,but its not necessary!!!1 onion cut into rings2 tomatoes cut into rings
Sauce4 tablespoon butter2 tablespoon steers tikka sauce2 tablespoon bbq sauce 2 tablespoon peri peri sauce2 tablespoons tomato sauce 2 tablespoon sweet chilli sauce Mix all the sauces together and heat on the stove
dhania (coriander) to garnish
METHOD
I grilled my chops in my Tefal griller.But you can grill them in the oven or even braai (bbq) them.And than pour the sauce over.Or serve sauce separately.Layer the onions and tomatoes over.I grilled vine tomatoes in olive oil sprinkled salt and grinded pepper over.Vine tomatoes from WooliesI garnished with fresh dhania (coriander) and shredded red cabbageServed with chips and pita’s and a nice fresh salad.
