My simple style8-10 loin chopsAdd to Bauer Add 1 tablespoon Ginger garlic paste½ teaspoon garlic Add ½ teaspoon salt Let it steam on low for 5min turning twiceAdd 3 tablespoon olive oil or butter or RamaSprinkle Abit of thyme and rosemary1Tblsp lemon pepper crush it a bit1 teaspoon vinegarCook till softAdd water only if NecessaryNow add +- ¼ cup amina lemon pepper marinade¼ cup braai (bbq) sauceCook till infused and juicyGarnish with chopped green dhania (coriander) Serve with rolls salads and chipsEnjoy
