1 litre milk 1 small tin nestle cream 2 teaspoon ghaas powder Add to milk and allow to boil Once boiled remove from heat.. Add ½ or more tin condensed milk,adjust to your taste, ½ teaspoon Elachi (cardomom) powder Green colouring.( Optional cn put °̩ή peppermt ess ) Pour into mould,allow to set.. Once set throw out,pipe top with beaten fresh cream,drizzle with choc sauce and sprinkle top with grated peppermint crisp..garnish with strawberrys & mint leaves.
