2 large tins crushed pineapple (drain in a colander and discard the syrup)1 large tin nestle dessert cream250 ml sour cream250 ml fresh cream1 large tin condensed milk1 flake(optional) Pineapple pieces and cherries(optional)Small tin granadilla pulp.
Beat fresh cream till thick and creamy.
Add sour cream and beat.
Add condensed milk and pineapple pulp . Mix well.
Pour mixture into dish.
Smooth beaten nestle cream over .
Spread granadilla pulp on top.
sprinkle with flake (optional) or pineapple pieces and cherries for a more attractive appearance.
Best served well chilled.
