I fried a slap chips ready made seasoned with peri peri chip seasoning..I cut polony in slice round not very thick and fried it just a little in little oil not for long. Made a sauce:tomato saucemustard sauce steers nandos periperi sauce milda tablespoon in a bowl. made as I needed. slice cheese with a potato peeler. ready made pastry saucepolonycheesea chipthan fold as you wish brush egg sprinkle little parsley and paprika bake like how we bake our pies
