INGREDIENTS
400g puff pastry1 can koo mix veg1 onion sliced2 green chillies sliced round2 tomatoes choppedHalf teaspoon ginger and garlic paste1 teaspoon saltHalf a teaspoon sugarBlack pepper1 teaspoon of mix masala[I used kashmiri & rombo russi]10 foil pie cups
METHOD
Fry onions and chillies in oil till lightly brown..Add in tomatoes and ginger and garlic paste and cook till tomatoes are melted..Add in koo mix veg and salt ..Sugar and pepper..Let this come to a boil then turn stove off..And let mixture cool
Roll out pastry into a flour surface.. Not too thin..Take the pie cup and measure and cut out..Rub oil just a little..into pie cups and press dough in the cups..Fill the filling..Not too full..Just leave a little space on the top..Cut out dough again and cover and press down with forks and poke in the middle with a fork.. brush with milk or egg .Place in a pre heated oven..180 degrees for around +- 15 to 20 minutes..Always checking..When it's nicely browned..Remove from oven and let cool a bit and enjoyπ
INFO & TIPS
.I turned the knob on the oven for an extra 2 minutes on the underneath element..So the bottom of the pie crust is crispy π
