2-3 cubed chicken fillets 1 small chopped onion 1 small Grated potato 1 Grated carrot ½ chopped green pepper½ cup frozen sweetcorn 1 cup boiled spaghetti or elbow macaroni 1 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)1 tablespoon Olive oilSaltPepperLemon pepper Mixed dried herbsGarlic flakes Chilli flakes Dhana jeeru (cumin) Green masala 1 packet thick vegetable soup1 cup milk 2 cups water½ cup fresh creamChopped dhania (coriander)
METHOD
Saute onion in ghee (Clarified butter) and olive oil until soft then add the chicken, vegetables and spices. Cook until done. Mix the soup powder with milk and water and add to the chicken. Boil until slightly cooked. Add the fresh cream and simmer for a few minutes. Garnish with dhania (coriander). Serve with rolls.
