Use your favorite pizza dough recipe or 3 cups flour 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon sugar 2 teaspoon yeast 1 tablespoon olive oil Approx 1 ½ cups warm water
Veggies 1 tablespoon crushed garlic 1 tablespoon oregano Salt Pepper 4 baby marrow 1 brenjol 1 pepper 1 red onion 1 punnet mushrooms ½ small packet sweet corn
1 tin Miami Italian tomatoes / normal canned tomatoes add oregano salt and salt .
Dough : Mix all the dry ingredients , add oil and water , make a soft dough and knead for 3 minutes . Cover and allow to rise until double its size .
In a pan add some olive oil with the spices , braise for 30 seconds on low . Add all the chopped up veggies and allow to cook until done.
Add the canned tomatoes to a pot , add some salt and allow the tomato water to dry out completely .
Assemble devide the dough into 4 or 6 equal parts depending on what size you prefer . Roll into circles . Add on a floured baking tray . Top each rolled out circle with tomato khutney and veggies . Sprinkle cheese and fold over .
Brush some egg on the top and sprinkle any herb of your choice . I used Rosemary .
