1kg or plus beef roast piece
1 tablespoon crushed garlic
1 teaspoon red chili paste
1 tablespoon bbq spice ( I used gorimas )
1 teaspoon robertson steak and chops spice
1 teaspoon gori mas orange pepper spice ( if you do not have , use crushed chili and crushed black pepper 1⁄2 teaspoon )
2 to 3 tablespoon vinegar
only add salt if nec , spices are salty
1⁄4 cup spurs bbq sauce
1⁄4 cup nandos wild herb peri
1 tablespoon tomato sauce
1 teaspoon mustard
1 tablespoon worchester
1⁄4 cup water
mix all in a bowl and heat in microwave when ready to use .
Wash steak roast or soak it in water and vinegar for 10 minutes for all the blood to come out
rinse it out .
Add all the marinade ingredients in a bowl or tray
add the steak and leave to marinade overnight .
cook it in a pot or in the oven .
I usually cook in a pot by adding water until nice and tender .
then I place in a oven tray with the sauces and cook for 10 to 15 minutes
Most times I add the sauce to the pot , bring it to boil
garnish with parsley or dhania (coriander) and serve
