A. 2 big carrots grated or 3 small or just use 1 big carrot 2 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter) 1 ½ tablespoon freshly grated ginger ( add less first ) 1 teaspoon crushed black pepper salt to taste B. 3 potatoes cubed 3 onions chopped 2 green chillied chopped water to boil Cup. 250ml fresh cream handful chopped dhania (coriander)
A. in a small pot add ghee (Clarified butter) and grated ginger and on low allow this to braise until you get the aroma . Add the carrots as well as salt and pepper and just stir fry and set aside . In a deep pot add everything from B and allow it to become mushy . Let this cool a bit add to a blender and puree . Add this to the stir fried carrots and add water to make soup a bit runny . Let this cook for 5 to 10 minutes on low . Add everything from Cup and cook for another 5 minutes add water if you want it for runny

Instead of carrots you can cook 1 chicken breast with ghee , ginger , salt and pepper , shred and replace the carrots .
