6 x patties of your choice prepared
3 potatoes cut into chips and fried season with
Salt, vinegar, chili powder, tomato and mustard sauce
Sauces of your choice
Cheese slices
Bread

Assemble :
Layer cheese slices on the bread then chips, patty sauce of your choice u can add lettuce tomato and cucumber close with another slice. Spread butter on the outside of each side. Grill in pan until toasted.
