RECIPE

1 roll puff pastry (I have used @fatimasfavouritefoods)Thaw out overnight Unroll and remove plastic Roll up and slice into about 12 slices
Roll out and dry fry on hot tawaServe immediately I served with butter chicken
Optional: chopped chillies and dhania (coriander) or chopped spring onions can be added 2 the parathas b4 rolling
