Smear some ghee (Clarified butter) roll up and divide into 12 balls. Leave to rest 20 minutes. Roll each ball into Rotis. Peel and cube potatoes. Boil in salt water until soft. Drain excess water. Add rest of ingredients and mash adjust salt to taste. Lastly add chopped greens and mix in the cheese. Spread filling evenly over 6 rotis use the remaining 6 to cover. You can use a pastry brush with little water to seal the edges. Fry on hot tawa as you would for rotis.
