Phirini and Falooda fusion 💚New creations By Fathima Mahomed Pic credit Fathima Mahomed Ingredients Boil on stove top1 litre full cream fresh milk1 tin condensed milk1 teaspoon elachee powder 1 teaspoon almond powder Paste1 cup fresh milk2 Tablespoons China grass powder4 Tablespoons Tasty wheat (samolina) Fancies and drizzlesAlmonds and pistachios2 Tablespoons fresh cream Method1.Make a paste with 2 Tablespoons China grass powder and 4 Tablespoons semolina with 1 cup fresh milk set aside.(mixture) 2.Boil 1 litre fresh cream milk on stove top add elachee powder. As the milk starts boiling add the paste mixture and stir in the condense milk.Add in colour of your choice. Pour into fancy Pyrex bowl sprinkle hand full chopped almonds and pistachio nuts.Drizzle lightly fresh cream in streaks of desired stylingOnce set, refrigerate.Serve chilled.Enjoy ❤Shu-Hani❤
