My style with sauces 1 kg Carrots cut in rounds and steamed few minutes¼ kg green bean cut in halves and steamedAny amount of Bor steamed Drain keep aside When well drained place in a large DishAdd +-¾ cup akalwaya pickle masala1 teaspoon tumeric1Tblsp sesame seeds (tal (sesame seeds))Add 1 full cup mustard sauce1 full cup mayonnaise 3 tablespoon any chilli sauce ½ cup vinegar In a pot add 1 ½ cup oilFew curry leaves1 tablespoon Mustard seeds (Rye (black seed))Few garlic cloves4 fresh red or green chilli cup up in 3Heat for wagaarAdd +- ½ cup sugarBraise Add all of the wagaar to the carrot mixtureAdjust the saltAdjust sugar Keep refrigeratedEnjoy
