INGREDIENTS
3-4 chicken fillet slit into 3 lengthwise2 tablespoon lemon juice1 teaspoon teaspoon red masala1 teaspoon chicken spice2 tablespoon each of :Nandos prego sauceNandos garlic peri periNandos wild herb peri periNandos hot/ extra hot peri peri
You will need :Portuguese rollsPerinaise / mayo GuacamoleLettuce leavesCucumberTomatoSlice cheese
METHOD
Marinade chicken fillet with all of the above for at least 2 hours.
Fry on a hot skillet/ pan until tender and done.
Slit rolls in half spread some Perinaise then lettuce leaves, cucumber, tomato, guacamole and cheese slice. Place 1-2 pieces fillet top with sauces of your choice. Bon appetite 🍔🥃
