Ingredients : 3-4 chicken fillet slit into 3 lengthwise 2 tablespoon lemon juice 1 teaspoon teaspoon red masala 1 teaspoon chicken spice 2 tablespoon each of : Nandos prego sauce Nandos garlic peri peri Nandos wild herb peri peri Nandos hot/ extra hot peri peri
You will need : Portuguese rolls Perinaise / mayo Guacamole Lettuce leaves Cucumber Tomato Slice cheese
Marinade chicken fillet with all of the above for at least 2 hours. Fry on a hot skillet/ pan until tender and done.
Slit rolls in half spread some Perinaise then lettuce leaves, cucumber, tomato, guacamole and cheese slice. Place 1-2 pieces fillet top with sauces of your choice. Bon appetite 🍔🥃
