150g butternut (steamed and mashed)
1⁄4 cup fresh breadcrumbs
1⁄4 cup cooked sweetcorn
Salt and pepper to taste
1⁄4 cup cooked yellow lentils (mugni dhal/moong dhal (green pea lentil))
1⁄2 teaspoon chilli powder
Mix altogether and shape patties. Fry in shallow oil on medium until crispy on both sides. Serve in slider buns with a side of baby marrow fries, tomato relish and a dollop of yoghurt.
