Veggie (Butternut Lentil) Burgers

Ingredients: 150g butternut (steamed and mashed)¼ cup fresh breadcrumbs¼ cup cooked sweetcornChopped chivesSalt and pepper to taste¼ cup cooked yellow lentils (mugni dhal/moong dhal (green pea lentil))½ teaspoon chilli powder
1. Mix altogether and shape patties. 2. Fry in shallow oil on medium until crispy on both sides. 3. Serve in slider buns with a side of baby marrow fries, tomato relish and a dollop of yoghurt.
