INGREDIENTS
1 kg chops marinated in:
2 teaspoon red ginger garlic masala
1 teaspoon steak & chops spice
1 teaspoon bbq spice
1 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice)
¼ teaspoon mustard powder
1 teaspoon garlic pepper or lemon pepper
2 teaspoon dhana/jeeroo
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt to taste
Red chillies to taste
¼ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)
2 tablespoon tomato sauce
2 tablespoon Worcester sauce
2 tablespoon mustard sauce
2 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 Green & 1 yellow pepper sliced into rings
1 purple onion sliced into rings
1 large or 2 small tomatoes sliced into rings
METHOD
Braise then Cook chops in oil/ghee (Clarified butter) half way adding water when necessary. Add in sauces and continue cooking. Once ¾ way cooked add in veggies and complete cooking.Zaakirah
INFO & TIPS
Steak can be used instead of chops.
Yummy served with mash or chips.
