INGREDIENTS
1 kilo chops or Mutton1 ½ teaspoon ginger garlic paste1 teaspoon fresh red chillies1 teaspoon fine red chillies1 teaspoon Dhana Jeeroo1 teaspoon coarse salt1 ½ dessert spoon white vinegar2 dessert spoons Mayonnaise1 dessert spoon tomato sauce¼ cup tomato puree/2 tablespoon tomato paste2 handfuls crushed fried onionsPinch saffron
Marinate in above
METHOD
Make 2 tuj (cinnamon stick) and 3 Elachi (cardomom) hot in a pot with little ghee (Clarified butter).Add marinated meat and cook on low heat till done.Serve with veg and roti
INFO & TIPS
If more gravy is required to serve with rice, braise one onion with whole spices and add boiled liquidized tomatoes after it's cooked and simmer for 10 min
